After graduation, I landed an unpaid internship while my friends were being hired by Google. When I moved to Singapore in 2011, I struggled even more, cultural differences, a job market I didn’t understand, and a first job that was underpaid and lasted three months before my manager fired me.
My goal was to pivot into tech recruitment. It happened six months later.
Why Me?
Over 15+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition across APAC, I’ve reviewed 150k+ CVs, done 23k+ interviews and offered 16k+ hires across tech companies in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and SEA. I learned that the professionals who get hired fastest aren’t always the most qualified, they’re the most visible.
Why I built TalentFB
