TalentFB (“TalentFB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit talentfb.net (the “Site”) or use any of our services, including The JobSearch/OS, The Talent/OS, The LinkedIn/OS, and our coaching programs (together, the “Services”), whether you’re a visitor, job seeker, hiring company, or enrolled client.

Information We Collect

As you browse the Site, certain information is shared automatically, and you may also choose to share additional information with us. We collect information you submit through contact forms, scheduling and audit-request forms, newsletter sign-ups, blog comments, and when you purchase or enroll in any of our programs.

Coaching & Program Enrollment Data

When you express interest in The JobSearch/OS, The Talent/OS, The LinkedIn/OS, or book a Free Talent Magnet Audit, we collect the details needed to evaluate fit and personalize your experience. Depending on the program, this may include your name, contact details, current and target role, hiring goals (for companies exploring The Talent/OS), career background, and your answers to any intake questions.

If you book a consultation call with us, that call may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and coaching-improvement purposes. You will be notified before any call is recorded.

We use this information to:

  • Assess whether our programs are a good fit for your situation
  • Prepare for and follow up on consultation calls
  • Improve our coaching methodology and sales process
  • Send you relevant follow-up communications about your inquiry

We do not use this information for purposes unrelated to your inquiry, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Automatic Data Collection

As you navigate the Site, tools such as Google Analytics automatically collect information about your device, browser, approximate location, and how you interact with our pages. This data helps us understand what content is useful and where to improve the Site, and on its own it is not personally identifiable. Where you have voluntarily submitted personal information, we may associate it with this automatically collected data.

Cookies and Tracking Pixels

Like most websites, talentfb.net uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support advertising pixels (for example, from LinkedIn or Meta) that help us reach people who may be interested in our career and hiring programs. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.

Third-Party Cookies

Some features on the Site, such as embedded videos, scheduling widgets, or payment forms, are provided by third parties who may set their own cookies or tracking technologies. We don’t control these third-party tools, so we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

TalentFB uses AI-powered tools throughout our Services, including to help build personal branding content, analyze job search and hiring data, support coaching delivery, and improve the Site experience. These tools may be built in-house or provided by third-party vendors such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. All coaching and program enrollment decisions involve human review — we do not make automated decisions about your eligibility for our programs.

By using the Site or our Services, you acknowledge that information you provide may be processed by these AI tools, some of which are hosted by third parties whose data practices we cannot fully control. If you would prefer your data not be processed this way, please don’t submit it to us or use the Services.

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third parties to help run TalentFB, including website hosting providers, scheduling platforms, call recording and transcription tools, email marketing platforms, automation tools, AI providers, and payment processors. These providers only access the data needed to perform their function on our behalf, and your information may be stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

International Data Transfer

Because TalentFB works with job seekers and hiring companies around the world, information you share with us may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your home country. By using the Site or our Services, you agree to this transfer. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Links to Other Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites that we don’t operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing any information with them.

Email Communications

If you email us, we may keep a record of that correspondence in order to respond to you and improve our service. If you sign up for our newsletter, download a free resource, or enroll in a program, we may add you to our email list. Every email we send includes a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to deliver the Services you’ve requested, respond to inquiries, process payments, improve our programs and Site, and, where you’ve opted in, send you offers and updates about The JobSearch/OS, The Talent/OS, The LinkedIn/OS, and related resources.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with the service providers described above, if required by law or to protect our legal rights, or in the event TalentFB’s business is sold or transferred, in which case client information may transfer as part of that transaction.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and storage where applicable, and limiting access to those who need it to do their jobs. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as payment details, to us by email.

Your Rights

Depending on where you’re located, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK), PIPEDA (Canada), or various U.S. state privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, receive a copy of it, and object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at frederic@talentfb.net with the subject line “Privacy Request,” and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Lawful Basis for Processing (EEA and UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data: your consent, given when you voluntarily submit a form, book a call, or sign up for our communications; our legitimate interest in evaluating program fit, improving our Services, and following up with people who have expressed interest, which we believe does not override your rights given the context; and contractual necessity, where processing your data is required to deliver a program you’ve enrolled in.

Changes to This Policy

We’ll update this page whenever we make changes to this Privacy Policy, and where changes are material, we’ll make a reasonable effort to notify you. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated.
